The first few times, it is very important to be calm and relaxed.
- Before using the IrisCup, sterilize it for 3 minutes in boiling water.
- Wash your hands thoroughly with hot water and soap.
- For the first inserts, we recommend using a water-based lubricant to facilitate insertion.
- Find a comfortable posture, then hold it with your fingers and compress it. Then insert it in the vagina obliquely towards the bottom.
- After introducing it into the vagina, release the menstrual cup and let it unfold, immediately stick to the vaginal walls.
