How to use:
- Apply a little water-based lubricant to the entrance to the vagina and massage for a few minutes.
- Apply the same amount of lubricant to the tip of the smallest device and introduce it little by little into the vagina.
- You can continue exercising for about 15 minutes with rocking movements. If a contraction of the vaginal muscles occurs, exercise should be discontinued.
- Repeat once a day. When the exercises with the smallest are comfortable, continue with the largest element.
