ORDERING AND PRICING OPTIONS

  • Customers have the possibility to place all their orders through the web: boudoir.es
  • Each customer declares full capacity to use credit cards and has sufficient funds to cover all costs resulting from purchasing products through Boudoir.
  • The data recorded by Boudoir constitutes proof of the transactions carried out between Boudoir and the members of its Private Community. Boudoir will confirm your order by sending an email.
  • The contractual information is presented in Spanish and will be confirmed at the latest at the time of delivery.
  • All taxes are included in the prices of our products, but do not include shipping costs.
  • Boudoir reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products will be invoiced according to the rates in effect at the time of order registration (subject to product availability), except for a typographical error.
  • The products remain the property of the supplier until full payment of the price has been made.
  • Boudoir reserves the right to reject an order from any member with whom it has a dispute.

AVAILABILITY

Boudoir will do everything possible to satisfy all its customers' demands for products. In the event of unavailability of the product after the order has been placed, the customer will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order. As a result of this demand, the speed of return to the customer's bank account will depend on the type of bank card and the conditions of each bank. These deadlines are specified again in the "Delivery" clause.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment by card

  • Purchases are made by bank card. The accepted bank cards are: Visa and MasterCard. The purchase price will be charged to the customer's bank account within 4 days from the date of the order, and this will be considered effective after confirmation according to the customer's bank account.
  • In the event that the POS (Point of Sale Terminal) reports the denial of the card, the order will be automatically canceled, informing the customer of said cancellation online.

Cash on delivery

  • Payment is made when picked up at the Post Office.
  • The additional cost for this method is €4.
  • The order will be collected at the nearest post office.
  • Money returns will be made as long as the amount does not exceed €6, in which case a discount voucher will be issued for the next purchase.
  • A transfer will be made where the customer indicates.

Bank Transfer

This method of payment will have no cost to the customer.
The amount of returns will be charged to the account indicated by the customer.
To make the payment of an invoice, you must include:

  • Invoice number
  • Name of the person depositing.
  • Send proof of deposit to the email: admin@boudoir.es sending the receipt in the subject.

Paypal

  • In this modality, payment will be charged according to the client's contract with PayPal, in the same way, returns in which the company must pay any amount will be made in the same way.
  • This modality has no cost for the customer.

SECURITY

For your security, Boudoir has entrusted the credit card payment system to a payment gateway.

The bank details entered are encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank's servers and then verified with the issuing bank to prevent possible fraud and abuse.

This data entry procedure is guaranteed by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology -128 bits, one of the most advanced and effective protection systems currently available, thanks to which no third party will have access via the Internet to this information regarding the bank data entered by the customer.

Only the Bank and PayPal have access to the bank details linked to these means of payment, so that Boudoir does not know or record this information during the payment transaction.

DELIVERY

The supplier will send the products to the distribution warehouse, from where the products will go, whose final destination will be the address established by the buyer. Each time an order is shipped, the buyer will receive an email.

Shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.

The purchase order corresponding to the order will be available at Boudoir, once payment is confirmed, which can be viewed through the link: "My orders", from the issuance of the email. This original purchase order includes shipping costs and VAT.

Boudoir will ask its customers to choose the place of delivery, specifying their address, office, or center where they wish to deliver the product. The delivery time is 24 to 48 hours.

Boudoir will inform the customer of the dispatch of the order from the distribution warehouse, by sending an email.

Each delivery is considered made from the provision of the product to the customer by the carrier, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is up to the recipient to verify the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, including the possibility of rejecting the package if it is opened or if it shows obvious signs of damage.

Reservations and complaints must be directed to Boudoir by email to the address admin@boudoir.es

RETURNS

Returns are not accepted except for defective products.

Previously, the customer must indicate their intention by email. Boudoir will respond by another email specifying the precise instructions for returning the product.

Return costs will be borne by the customer.

The refund to the customer's account as a result of this return will be made within 7 days after receipt of the goods by Boudoir.

The return cannot take place in any case if the supplied products are clearly subject to use.

The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in perfect condition (not damaged or stained by the customer) with all accessories, instructions, and documentation. They will be sent to the place specified by Boudoir in the precise instructions for the return of the product sent by email.

In the event that the supplier has not accepted the return because it is understood that the product was intended to be used, they will remain in the distribution warehouse for the customer to collect, for a period not exceeding thirty days from their return.

Packages that do not contain attached elements identifying the sender (order number, name, address, etc.) will not be returned either.

The expenses and risks related to the return of the product will be borne by the sender, who must send them securely and with the necessary guarantees so that the returned merchandise arrives in perfect condition.

Through Boudoir, you can make refunds of purchased products for the amount of the same. Once the returned products have been received, Boudoir will verify that they are in good condition and will proceed to pay the amount paid less shipping costs, regardless of the amount of the returned product.

Anyone returning their product will receive an email informing them of the amount of their refund.

WARRANTY

Warranties and after-sales services will be governed by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users. According to this standard, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that are in accordance with the contract, responding to any lack of conformity. The consumer and user have the right to repair the product, its replacement, the price reduction, or the termination of the contract.

RESPONSIBILITY, LITIGATION, AND APPLICABLE LEGISLATION

Boudoir cannot be considered responsible for the breach of the contract entered into in the event of stock shortage or lack of availability of the product, force majeure, disruption, or total or partial strike, in particular, postal services and means of transport and/or communications, floods, or fires. In the event of a dispute, the customer will be directed as a priority to Boudoir to obtain a friendly solution.

The courts of Madrid are the only competent ones. These general terms and conditions of sale will be interpreted in Spanish and will be carried out in accordance with Spanish legislation. Any disagreement that may arise due to its validity, interpretation, or execution will be submitted to the Courts of Madrid, to which expressly exclusive competence is attributed.

MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Boudoir reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions of sale without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add the contents and services provided through it and the way they appear presented or located on its servers.

The user must accept these changes each time a purchase is made through the Boudoir page.

Members of the "Boudoir Private Community" who do not agree with the modifications to the general terms and conditions must notify and, from the date on which the new version comes into effect, stop using the Boudoir services. In the event that any of the terms of the general conditions were illegal or unenforceable, it will be null and void and without effect, and what has been agreed by the parties will apply and, failing that, what is established in the Spanish Civil Code.
